Can I make a financial donation?

Can I mail a dress to be donated?
Yes, our mailing address is Fairy Goodmothers, 6724 Perimeter Loop Rd. Suite 136, Dublin, OH 43017.

Where can I donate my previously worn dress?
From January through March drop off locations are all Charles Penzone Salons, and Callander Cleaners.

Do I need to establish financial need to receive a free dress?
No, we do not collect financial information.

I can not attend any of the dates for Cinderella’s Closet Boutique.  Can I pick out dress another time?
Unfortunately, no. We are staffed by volunteers and do not have a permanent store front location.

Can my father help me pick out a gown?
Males are not permitted in Cinderella’s Closet Boutique.  You may show him the gown in the waiting area. Each girl will have her own personal shopper to help with her selections.

Can I receive a Homecoming dress?
No, we only provide prom dresses once a year during Cinderella’s Closet Boutique. The Boutique is usually held in April on two consecutive Saturdays. The rest of the year, dresses are in storage and we do not have access to them.

Do I need an appointment to receive a dress?
No, just attend one of our Cinderella’s Closet Boutiques.  It’s on a first come, first serve basis.

Do you have accessories available?
Yes, we typically have some new and donated jewelry, shoes and purses.

Can babies/small children attend?
No, policy dictates adults only.

Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, one female person as space is limited.  Males are not permitted in Cinderella’s Closet Boutique beyond the waiting area.

Do I need to be pre-registered?
No. You will have to fill out a short registration form at the Cinderella’s Closet Boutique.

Do I need to bring proof that I am a student?
Yes, student I.D., driver’s license, or a letter from your school are all accepted. SPECIAL NOTE - If your school has not issued you a School ID Card this year, please bring your last report card and a Driver’s License, COTA bus pass, last year’s School ID or other form of ID.

Who can receive a free dress?
Any female high school student that does not have the means to obtain her own.
